Be there for them, meet daily with your teams for follow-up and couch, do periodic town-hall meetings to talk freely about anything.

We manage this at a team level. One on one meetings still happen with video on. We even set aside time to talk about non-work related topics just to check on health and well-being.

We do a survey every two weeks. How are you doing? Are you more comfortable or less comfortable about returning to the office? What would it take for you to return to the office? Are you getting the support you need? Are there services that you would like that you don't have today? So we've started to notice there's certain things that are starting to show up. People are getting a little more comfortable with returning to the office. People are also struggling with mental health more than they were before and so starting to change some of the services we offer and some of the benefits we offer as we look into the next year to cater more towards mental health.
