First preference if employee referral then angel.co if it doesn't work out then third-party local vendors.

Predominantly LinkedIn. We do reach out to some of the consultants as well.

There are different sites like naukri, indeed, linkedIn that are helpful in getting the biggest interest in job postings. Then the places can be like some job consulting agencies, training companies that help out as well.

We use LinkedIn to promote positions and pre-filter candidates, and employee referrals. We do not have anu internal recruiter yet, but we are thinking about it.
