We are not doing anything on an organizational level to help those affected. We will try to provide humanitarian aid when possible.
Although my current company does not do business in Ukraine, one of the persons we have spoken with in the past, was killed due to the Russian invasion, along with her children.

While the war started, and few hacker groups also get involved in this war; Being BFSI organisation, we have put certain control to restrict the access to our critical information system; where ever we are unable to put restrictions, we have increased the log monitoring, added various new alerts, proactive blocking for IPs/Domains/URLs ete.
