Have others had success with selecting and implementing a Banking Validation Tool or Subscription for vendor onboarding and changes? Not looking for an onboarding capability, solely validating supplier banking details to avoid manual validations.

We are currently going through the review of such tools/subscriptions. Not only are we looking to have a service that covers most of the world, we are also looking to deeply embed it into our workflows to automate the approvals for onboarding suppliers and changes in master data including tax id no, addresses, or entity legal names.

Our organization is very siloed currently between Manufacturing and R&D, but we are exploring some elements of centralization. Currently we have separate processes and organizations for Manufacturing and R&D Document and Process Management, but they do utilize the same eDMS.

How do you define “centralized” Document Management in your organization?
- Do you use a common technology platform across all GxPs?
- Is there a standardized process across all GxPs?
- Is there a centralized organizational structure supporting Doc Mgmt across GxPs?
- What aspects of your centralized approach are working well, and any key lessons or pitfalls to avoid?

What is your process ownership model?
- For example, do you have a Global Process Owner (GPO) with GxP-specific Global Process Leads (GPLs), or do you follow a different governance structure?
- Do you leverage business process mapping as a formal capability to support your Doc Mgmt strategy?

If you support a multi-national organization do employees get to transfer; country to country, across business units, or site to site, with already provisioned technology (phone/laptop). We are prototyping this as Tech4Life/Tech For Life. The hypothesis is that across our 400 sites we can reduce waste, improve U/X and cyber hygiene, standardize, and decrease disruption. We have gone along way in 20 year when this was done with paper and deleting the user account and re-creating at the next site. Now we are looking to modernize that transfer experience.
