Have you used Blue Ink (or another small vendor offering electronic signature solutions)? If so, do you find it effective? What are the biggest differences between a platform like Blue Ink vs DocuSign?

Never heard of Blue Ink until right now. Adobe and DocuSign is all I've ever used. The fact of the matter is, if you've never heard of a company, how would you ever know to try it. Clearly they aren't marketing/promoting where I'm looking.

In my experience, Blue Ink is user-friendly and cost-effective for small to medium businesses, offering essential e-signature features. DocuSign, though pricier, provides extensive features and integrations, ideal for larger organizations.

Hi we ended up selecting Adobe Sign a few years back.  Adobe's IP verification and ease of use for signing, along with work flow was good and the reason for selection.  We could have also selected docuSign, but too many spam emails were coming in from DocuSign and selecting it as an option would add to the confusion with staff.  The project lasted 4 months but getting senior managers onboard needs to be discussed upfront. We transitioned to digital signatures with a process of providing managers with a new watermarked corp. signature and training to staff on how to use.
