How does your company handle global vs. regional policies? Do you have a global employee handbook or a list of global policies in addition to regional employee handbooks?

I would say it depends on how large your global presence is and how many local entities you have. Generally there is an overarching CoE for talent development and management, and specific programs on a local basis. Where is doubt, the employee always gets the greater benefit. So for eg: if your global sick leave policy is 5 working days and locally it's 15 working days, the local law takes precedence.
