How do you communicate to employees all the available digital workspace tools, empowering and managing citizen development? Do you have a virtual place that serves as a one-stop-shop with such tools? How do you manage risk by ensuring that only the appropriate user profile can access their specific tools? How do you help employees discover and learn what they can do with these tools?

Thanks for your answer, Jessica. How do you provide access to this summary guide? Is it a document? Do people receive by e-mail?

Yes it is a document available in our learning management system. I believe we also have to it in our internal knowledge base/ticketing system as well.
