The best way to transition to the cloud will vary depending on the specific needs of the enterprise. However, some tips for making a successful transition to the cloud include:
1. Define the goals and objectives of the transition.
2. Assess the current IT infrastructure and identify which parts can be migrated to the cloud.
3. Develop a plan for migrating applications and data to the cloud.
4. Test the applications and data in the cloud to ensure they are working as expected.
5. Monitor the applications and data in the cloud to identify any issues.

At Edurigo we were born in cloud. We do have customers who came to us from on-prim learning systems and wanted to move into cloud. We created a path from them and moved them into our cloud. It provides a lot elasticity to everyone and working out very well for our customers.

We've started with moving our on-prem exchange to exchange online. After the success of that project we started to move file servers to one drive, skype on-prem to MS Team, SLQ to Azure SQL etc. It's critical to have the first cloud project/workload be successful so you will have more support from the business and all the stakeholders to move with the migration of other workloads.
