How are you integrating emerging technologies to streamline operations, enhance compliance, and drive intelligent automation?

Well it is a combination of modern technologies and a fit to generate value. I would never use "GenAI" just for the sake of technical fanciness. And as always the technologies are relying on data - data is really "golden asset". So having the metrics, workflow steps, guidelines and guardrails in a consumable manner. Be it process mining, active rightsizing or AIops - feeding data to a trusted layer in a controlled manner is important. So the emerging technologies needs to be understood and should not act as a blackbox. Prominent example of data breaches, data exposure and similar proofed that it is wise to first evaluate and conceptualize. One the concept and proposal exists the execution can start - sometimes that looks slow from outside but does not mean you cannot drive innovation as a pre-implementation step.
In my former employment, we used Machine Learning Low-Code No-Code language to write logic to review all CCTV video footage of critical areas, auto-capture snap shorts + 10 seconds of video footage and auto-send email to the governing team to investigate and take appropriate action.
