I use ChatGPT daily and Bard sometimes, mostly for refining content tasks (emails/ notes/ articles).

This is how I use them. I will quickly work out the rough cut, including the key message, structure, and flow of the writing, and then the draft with specific keywords. Next, the GenAI tool can help me fine-tune the final cut. Finally, I will edit the version that addresses my message to the audience in the best way.

I utilize AI tools 3-4 times a week. Primarily, I leverage it for revising and refining emails if they are of a "higher priority". On occasion, I also employ it as a resource for ideation, such as generating lists of obscure technical frameworks, or requesting it to provide alternative perspectives or interpretations of a concept I’ve inputted. I invariably verify its accuracy; however, I find that AI excels particularly in ideation and in enhancing spelling and phrasing.
