If you work remote; have you felt an increased pressure to be "always available" for work-related communications and tasks?

No. I’m lucky to have a manager who also works remote. So, she respects my work/life balance.

No I haven't.  I think I do put more work hours in - the boundary between work and home time is definitely more blurred, but I've always felt empowered to switch off when I needed or wanted to.  'Always available' doesn't feel like a healthy mindset I'm afraid.

Not really. Remote work allows us the flexibility to plan our day. We can set reasonable boundaries and most of the time these are respected. However since the environment is unstructured distractions are common. This hampers concentration and fixed work hours. The solution lies in proper time management and prioritization. Its all about ownership of deliverables.
