Who has implemented software to help manage board level papers? Version Control, agenda setting, AI generated minutes, actions etc....  We have manual processes now storing documents in a SharePoint folder.  Looking for a solution design with the general requirements in mind.  Do you have any recommendations that I would have a look at or has anyone built their own bespoke solution on a platform such as SharePoint?

We use Dilligent. Not only because it is easy to use and has a bunch of functionalities, but also because no one in the organization has access unless approved, i.e. system admins would have access to any SharePoint solution you set up yourself.

I worked with another organization that used Diligent Board Books.

Documents like these would probably consider C=3 data. Therefore any solution used should not be based on a shared LLM imho. I would even consider moving away from sharepoint.

We implemented a software called Diligent. It has all the features you mention such as document repository with version control, agenda setting and notifications as well as AI generated minutes. It is a standalone solution.
