What is the IT organization being asked to enable in the transition back to on-premise work? What is at the top of your agenda?

Securing and restoring expired credentials.

Compliance reporting (not necessarily contact tracing) and hybrid classes.

Seamless transition between on-premise and distributed work.   We want employees to be able to go from working at home to working at the office and vice-versa and have it seem as close to the same experience as possible.   We expect that after this, normal work will be a mix of both on a regular basis and we don't want this to be a disruption to productivity.

Combing active/inactive user accounts and re-enabling a workforce of 1500as needed.
