The post meeting follow up email...what are your best tips? When is the best time to send it - the same day or a little later?

In sales, the faster you can follow up, the better. I suggest putting some thought into the message and sending it as soon after the meeting as you can.

Within 24 hours with the following details: 1) key pain points shared and what the impact is, 2) agreed opportunities to solve for them (if identified) or value add content that helps them think about those problems in a different light/or more deeply, 3) CTA (if you booked a next meeting - memorializing attendees, straw agenda, and requests prior to meeting (ex. data that you might need to prepare or pre-meetings with other stakeholders, etc.) or if you didn't (proposing a best next step).
