What repositories are out there that can house Operations Procedures? We are using SharePoint but feel like there may be better options.

It's how you use it. There are other better options however, they'll not Integrate as well with Office Suite.

What I prefer using now is Teams, as the files under it still get stored in SharePoint and any and all things in Teams get created in the same environment. 

Also, now with Copilot for 365, it has access to documents on SharePoint, which I want for better productivity
