Pick your battles wisely. There are never enough hours or engineers to please everyone. Buy SaaS or vendor-hosted solutions whenever possible. Build on cloud platforms (PaaS) if you must build something yourself. Aim to eliminate IaaS and any self-managed infrastructure. All of these free up cycles to do things which are truly transformative. The goal is to remove as many unnecessary distractions as possible to maximize the % of time spent doing truly important, differentiated work. Anything that can be done by a third party service provider probably should be. If it is not core to your business and value proposition, let someone else deal with it.
We need to take a different approach. If Change Management worked, well we would all be change happy people by now.

People need to feel motivated, enabled, and inspired in their work for the best possible outcomes. This is why creating a digital culture that puts people first, and enables collaboration and creativity, is essential for a successful digital transformation.
YOu need to look at the needs of all the stakeholders in the eco-system to understand their needs and ensure they get actionable information from the data. As otherwise, each can be a point of friction to the process, contributing the why digital transformation is , at best, 25% success (according to a McKinsey report)
