Large organizations are doing POC to test the productivity and usage of AI tools to avoid getting into the trap of GenAI hype. GenAI tools for creating product catalogs, training documents, and Copilot for teams/email are leading productivity applications and saving tons of employees' time without any doubt and scaling rapidly. Organizations must be mindful that with AI PC coming next year, there will be a paradigm shift in the workflow and application software UI/UX by cutting browsers and click-based activities on systems. As AI PCs will be fully personalized and empowered by enterprise data, users will use voice and visuals to interact with systems to accomplish 30-40% of general tasks like writing emails, MoMs, and project management tasks etc. Keeping that in mind, employees will need to go through the following changes

- learn and understand how GenAI and AI application works best
- AI safety and policies to use
- adopt AI applications for generic tasks
- be experimental with AI
- explore and create more personalize use cases for their data/problem

As AI changes how we work, people might find their old skills becoming less useful, need to learn how to work with AI and be expected to get more done. Continuous learning and being agile in understanding the right skill sets required in these changing times is necessary. To stay relevant and impactful, workers should focus on developing uniquely human skills like creativity and emotional intelligence, while also gaining a basic understanding of AI and its applications in their field.
