What task or responsibility would you like to delegate to another team member, and what would you like to focus on instead?

Any routine tasks a team member can handle and allow me to focus on more critical/strategic tasks or activities that the team cannot.  Some of the tasks  team members can handle

 Procurement and Contracting 
Approvals in the ERP system
Some Governance Tasks
Providing status updates and reports

Something that I know they are capable todo and i trust  in the results

I would prefer to delegate some of the tedious ‘busy work’ tasks - online approvals, etc., because they can sometimes be very interruptive of project work.  This is not necessarily as easy as it sounds, however, because some of these require executive review/approval.
