Do you think that AI coding assistants are inspiring more people to work in software? Are you seeing a wider pool of entry-level candidates who use AI?

I'm seeing a rising number of unemployed new computer science graduates, at least in Canada. This might be a temporary result of our economic situation. Beyond this, anecdotally I'm seeing non-developers (such as marketing professionals) building low-code solutions for their work use, using tools like Zapier and Make.com to easily integrate a variety of useful services. Same with OpenAI, Claude, etc. We've had several of our PMs and Product Owners build simple apps using Cursor AI. This should increase as non-tech folks can rapidly prototype ideas side-by-side with executives.

Hello, Yes, I think that today people are more interested in working in the software area, because AI is helping a lot in this hard work that developers and other professionals have in the software area.

I would like to know more about how that people  are using the AI
