We are not using a 3rd Party Solution to manage our Supplier risks.

We do have a own developed framework SPRI (Supplier Performance Review Index) in place and running QBRs with our top suppliers.

Our organisation employs a number of third parties (Dun & Bradstreet, Rapid Ratings, Interos) to support collection of information that allows risk assessment of services on a platform supplied by RSA Archer. Primarily however, the information comes from the third parties providing the services being risk assessed.

If you support a multi-national organization do employees get to transfer; country to country, across business units, or site to site, with already provisioned technology (phone/laptop).  We are prototyping this as Tech4Life/Tech For Life. The hypothesis is that across our 400 sites we can reduce waste, improve U/X and cyber hygiene, standardize, and decrease disruption. We have gone along way in 20 year when this was done with paper and deleting the user account and re-creating at the next site. Now we are looking to modernize that transfer experience.  If you have thought about this or are doing it please share the ideas, risks, and lessons in the comments.

Our organization is very siloed currently between Manufacturing and R&D, but we are exploring some elements of centralization. Currently we have separate processes and organizations for Manufacturing and R&D Document and Process Management, but they do utilize the same eDMS.

If you have moved towards centralization...

How do you define “centralized” Document Management in your organization?
  - Do you use a common technology platform across all GxPs?
  - Is there a standardized process across all GxPs?
  - Is there a centralized organizational structure supporting Doc Mgmt across GxPs?
  - What aspects of your centralized approach are working well, and any key lessons or pitfalls to avoid?

What is your process ownership model?
  - For example, do you have a Global Process Owner (GPO) with GxP-specific Global Process Leads (GPLs), or do you follow a different governance structure?
  - Do you leverage business process mapping as a formal capability to support your Doc Mgmt strategy?
