We are a US based company with a quickly growing office in Mexico and fairly little HR knowledge in that market. I'm considering outsourcing our HR function in Mexico. Has anyone taken that approach? If so, where did you start?

This is the process we use. We do have in-house support but the actual management is handled by outsourcing.

Not sure if Gusto works in Mexico but they are great for an easy HR solution.
