For those of you managing employees across multiple states, how are you handling ongoing state-specific employee notice requirements that arise outside of onboarding?
For example, notices related to leave entitlements, vacation accrual limits, or other periodic or event-triggered communications. Are you using a centralized system, relying on local HR teams, or something else? I'd love to hear what’s working (or not working) for you.
