I am not 100% sure what this question is asking. We post our open positions in US via our HRIS - which is integrated with ATS.

The obviously one is using talent pools rather than traditional succession plans . This allows for more agile approach in replacement and it also allows for a wider spread ( ie you can include your eco system not just employees) ...read more1
