We are currently not posting a large number of available opportunities nor have a specific strategy to attract applicants with disabilities. All posted opportunities are available to such candidates regardless.

What company/platform do you use to handle job distribution and is it integrated with your ATS system? What were the Pros/Cons of your experience?

I am not 100% sure what this question is asking. We post our open positions in US via our HRIS - which is integrated with ATS.
