We are currently not posting a large number of available opportunities nor have a specific strategy to attract applicants with disabilities. All posted opportunities are available to such candidates regardless.

Here are some effective strategies to attract candidates with disabilities (PWD):
1. Partner with inclusive hiring agencies: Collaborating with specialized agencies can provide access to a broader, active talent pool of PWD candidates.
2. Host annual events: Consider organizing events like Societe Generale India's "Connexion," which focus on engaging PWD talent through panel discussions, hiring booths, speed mentoring sessions, and collaborations with agencies to bring in candidates from various locations.
3. Leverage social media: Consistently promote the resources, benefits, and inclusive practices your organization offers to PWD candidates. This helps to build awareness and attract potential talent.
4. Develop internal brand ambassadors: Encourage your current employees to act as advocates by inviting members of their PWD communities to apply for open roles and participate in discussion forums, thereby expanding your reach.
While hiring PWD talent under the D&I charter is a commendable initiative, it's important to also focus on maintaining equal opportunity policies and providing the necessary training to foster an inclusive workplace.
