Recently there have been more and more technological issues, breakdown of infrastructures, and fallout of services from digitalized processes, integrations, data etc. Even basic communication services have been lately unreliable in many countries. How do you see this from your point of view in supply chains? Have we reached a point where the digitalized processes take so much energy/resources that it might have issues on a constant basis and present a risk (not only security risk) in the future unless we find more renewable energy sources, or are these isolated cases from hiccups that can happen at implementations and they were just a coincidence?

What is your current experience with 3PL/4PL service providers and their quality of staff? We still have issues with a shortage of qualified staff (the pandemic was one of the reasons for this), but now it is due to the fact that prices of services didn't go down significantly since the pandemic (at least not for SME companies). What do you see on your end if you are in an SME company (or even in scaleups)?
