I am seeking individuals at Healthcare IT organizations who have established IT business continuity practices in place and are willing to have a discussion to describe what policies and procedures are in place at your organization, challenges getting there, as well as Q&A. I am not referring to Disaster Recovery procedures, rather how IT continues to run itself when its own departmental services are down, e.g. email, ticket tracking, change control, conference bridge, etc..
