At least within the U.S. at what point does malicious code and corresponding hacking tools, fall under the Second Amendment?

I think we can collectively agree that many cyber tools and malware are weapons capable of tremendous impact.

It's also currently illegal to knowingly create malware independently...is there a situation where this would be viewed as infringing on the right of the citizen to have "Arms" as the battlefield becomes more digital?

It's all fine and dandy to have firearms but in a digital world...does the definition eventually expand for private citizens to have access to these tools?
