Can anyone share the tools/platform needed for IT Asset, Software and Vendor Management in banking ? Could be standalone, could also be CMDB related for higher quality management.

I work for a global retailer and we are using Oracle Retail MOM suite v16 which is a on-premise application. We use the RMS, ReIM, ReSA and RPM modules for Merchandising and Finance operations. Since Oracle announced their Cloud based SaaS solution we are exploring migrating to this platform. Can anyone who has gone through this assessment share their experience?
