Business goals are not usually set by technology, Directors usually set business goals.

What does it mean to optimize current business objectives? It reminds me of Eliyahu Goldratt's book The Goal. Using new tools to improve current business goals is likely to produce poor results. These goals were created without the use of these tools, and even if they can be directly correlated, you are limiting the tool's potential by tying it to old goals. Dream and design bigger than the loudest voices, and you'll be on to something.

I am the business analysis chapter lead in Anadolu Insurance, claims tribe. I am having a hard time tracking the quality of business analysis activities. For now, we are tracking via Jira or via surveys (for customer satisfaction). But, as you can guess, these KPIs are not compatible with Agile: scope creep rate, missing analysis deviation, and customer satisfaction. What KPIs would be more appropriate for measuring business analysis quality in an Agile environment?
