Regarding your second question on the priority of investment between leadership development programs and addressing skills gaps, for us, the priority is clear: leadership development. However, it all starts with self-leadership. We believe that managers must first understand their own strengths and areas for improvement, communicate openly with their teams about how they plan to contribute, and develop their teams while acknowledging their own areas for growth. Our investment is consistently geared towards leadership programs that are rooted in self-awareness and personal development.
