In line with the previous comment, it totally varies by the level of the HiPo talent and thier specific development needs. In my experience, when I have worked with leaders 1-3 levels from CEO for executive coaching or development programs, it has typically ranged between 40-20 K, whereas at levels below, it has been 5-10 K.

In my experience, it can be staggered based on the role. For Sr. Mgr/PM type roles you're looking at 2k-5k range per person. For C-suite can be as high as 20k-30k per person, and rest in between. Happy to answer further.

We are in the process of transitioning to Workday Learning and are thinking through the design of the learner experience across the three main tabs: Learning Home, My Learning, and Discover. Is anyone using Recruiting Cost Ratio to monitor cost effectiveness?

What types of rewards and recognition programs is everyone using? Not a platform (i.e. we don't have money to spend on it), but rather, what are some home-grown ideas, i.e. Town Hall shout-outs, monthly emails, etc? Looking for advice on how to get managers to commit to it on a regular basis without having to police them.
