I’m hoping to gather benchmarking data on spend for high-potential development programs.  Specifically looking for per-person dollar amount spend on hi-po programs?

In line with the previous comment, it totally varies by the level of the HiPo talent and thier specific development needs. In my experience, when I have worked with leaders 1-3 levels from CEO for executive coaching or development programs, it has typically ranged between 40-20 K, whereas at levels below, it has been 5-10 K.

In my experience, it can be staggered based on the role. For Sr. Mgr/PM type roles you're looking at 2k-5k range per person. For C-suite can be as high as 20k-30k per person, and rest in between. Happy to answer further.
