We send benefit brochures to employees' homes, allowing them to review with their significant others. This tangible approach has received positive feedback. We avoid total reward statements to prevent perceptions of bait-and-switch during benefit changes.

We run a series of focus groups each 2-3 years seeking feedback on the benefits offering (current) and thoughts about other potential opportunities.  Using this information and data on usage of benefit offerings, we adjust accordingly - being cost efficient of course.
