AI algorithms help ensure job descriptions are free from biased language, allowing for more objective candidate assessment. It helps in reducing unconscious biases, ensuring that the language used isn't inadvertently biased.

I'm cautious about what goes out and what we ask of AI, as I'm concerned about traceability and privacy. While I push for a stronger, more diverse pipeline through AI, I'm still learning the limits and where I need to be careful. It's important not to divulge too much information.

What are your experiences with the success of digital transformation in your organization or that of your clients? I ask as anecdotally I have found it to be very low, and recently McKinsey and CGI have suggested it's as low as 5% success and only as high as 25% successful. So very curious as to your experiences on average rate of success.

How do you navigate regulatory uncertainty (e.g., AI, data privacy) when deploying digital HR tools globally?

I have had a request from a HR colleague to build a 360 feedback tool - or curate one? what have others used? any great tech platforms that aren't really expensive? we have previously relied on coaches gathering feedback and this is expensive and not scalable across the leadership community - thanks in advance

We have a team member that is asking for a religious accommodation to not work from sundown on Friday to sundown on Saturday but we are open Friday until 6pm and half day Saturday. Our fear is that we approve this and as we open more locations on Saturdays more team members will make these requests and we will not be fully staffed. Any recommendations on the risk of not approving?
