It's certainly keeping me on my toes, that's for sure. You have to pay attention to what's going on around you so you can plan and adjust accordingly.

My employees who are in the US on H1B Visas have been more forthright when asking about how and when their contracts are being extended.  My employees who work overseas ask more often how people are doing, and if they are safe.
