What are some best practices, including those commonly used in other companies, for managing contingent workers, especially in terms of tracking and verifying time and pay rates for maintenance and construction work? My organization uses a combination of Fieldglass for Corporate roles, such as Finance, IT, HR, etc. We use MCI Track for site-based labour, such as electricians, trades, construction management, engineering firms, etc.

In my previous organization we used SAP Fieldglass. It has multiple features to manage the workforce during the project or activity they are involved in.
