If you’re hiring AI engineers, which certifications are you looking for?

IMO, certifications are just nice to have. There are lot more parameters to look for while hiring someone.

In my team, certificates are of less importance. I would even say, it might limit the flexibility to choose the best model (according to corresponding scientific literature) because one is too much biased on the models learned instead of the model approaches existing.
More important are practical experience combined with communication abilities and ideally paired with extended domain knowledge. But one most of the time has to select two out of all these three capabilities.

We are still hiring data Scientists, so I would love to learn more about expectations.
