What are some ideas to keep up team morale remotely? Are there specific or structured adjustments you've made to counteract burnout/keep up productivity and mental health?

I am managing a team includes members across the globe remotely. We have every day a 30 mins slots dedicated "Just For Fun". Those meetings are not mandatory and members can pop up based on their availability. The only rule is the following one: bring topics just for fun. Nothing about the company, the tasks, but we are welcoming info about our holidays, pets, movies you saw earlier and so on. Anyone can grab a coffee, a tea or a glass of anything helps to relax and enjoy it.
I try to do a fun, non-work thing at least quarterly. I've had a graffiti artist and a Zendoodler with my team to reduce stress and enhance creativity. It is so awesome to see everyone's work hanging on their wall. AirBnB used to have these, and they were pretty cheap, but they no longer show them on their site. There are some other services out there. Just search virtual team-building experiences.
In addition to what's been said, if you have the means, bring remote people to your main location or send leaders to a remote location every once in a while for team building and collaboration. I recently visited our developers in Costa Rica and it's hard to describe how much that visit meant to them and to the leaders who came with me.
There have been so many great suggestions in the comments so far. Here's one we've been doing that seems to help.
We have been holding regular team video calls (videos on) where we pose thoughtful questions, allowing team members to interact with each other in breakout groups to share ideas and best practices. I know it's working when team members reach out to each other to gain their perspectives and get help. We must stay connected as a team, even when remote.
Keeping morale up is tied to do people have clear expectations, do they feel value for the work, is their work recognized, and are they challenged. It's the same as if people were in the office. You may have to find out what else your team would appreciate and enjoy - virtual trivia or escape rooms are fun when many are remote, and give the remote team a chance to connect outside of work.
