What are some things you all are doing to get more leader participation as mentors within your mentorship program?

We have an inclusion goal on our yearly performance review and being a mentor is one of the ways to achieve the goal. 

getting a few people to be champions of it.... for instance our CHRO is a mentor and talks about his experience often.
