We're exploring the potential of AI to create value. Depending on how you look at AI and what it can do, it can help make things more efficient internally and change the lives of salespeople. However, it still requires someone to fine-tune it externally and speak to each customer individually. Implementing different tools has really helped us execute in a digital space.

One strategy we're implementing is focusing on commercial insights about how our well-known technology can still solve critical business issues. We've found that it's beneficial to focus on specific verticals, as people need to see themselves in our content and our offer. We've identified six key verticals that generate a significant portion of our revenue. We're integrating with these verticals and tying their message to the solutions they're currently using. 

The goal is to show how our products fit within their total environment, whether they're in healthcare, government, or hospitality. We work with the systems on the back end to add immediate value.
