Does your team embrace new/emerging technologies with excitement, or are they showing signs of fatigue? How do you keep that energy from plateauing?

I agree with Howard.  We have pockets of people that are excited about trying new tech but many are focused only on keeping the lights on.  To increase interest and provide space for people to think differently and learn, we're using things like "techathons" and the creation of a new Rapid Development Service team that focuses on sharing new knowledge both in new ways of working and technology to support those.

It's honestly a bit of both. We all love to try new things, but until we can clear as much "business as usual" from our plates, the reality of fatigue is real. Tying anything new that we do to how and where it's adding value and making a difference to our stakeholders is what keeps us energized.
