What are you using for on-premise visitor management software? We are looking for something to use multi-facility, allow self-registration, tie-in an NDA agreement and if possible allow integration into notification systems (specifically notifying the person the visitor is arriving to see).  Any suggestions for tools that meet all or part of these requirements?

I second <mention id="649bc2e8053e950001a963ef" displayname="Rebecca Wynn"></mention> , I was introduced to Envoy when we acquired a company, it was better than our system and I've used twice in future roles.

We are currently in the process of implementing a new Software as a Service (SaaS) solution named WaitWell. This innovative system is designed to streamline operations across multiple facilities, offering features such as self-registration, document and NDA sign-off, as well as notifications for both clients and staff. WaitWell is adept at supporting the comprehensive workflow we have outlined.

For further information or to discuss how WaitWell can be integrated into your processes, please feel free to reach out to the account manager:

Yes—we've already passed the AGI line, but we keep redefining it.

Almost—these systems feel general, but something's still missing.100%

No—AGI must be autonomous, embodied, or conscious. We're not there.

It doesn’t matter—what we have now is disruptive enough.

The term AGI is a distraction. Focus on outcomes, not labels.
