As technology refreshes, what do you do with the old phones/laptops?

Work with an E-waste recycler for disposal

Allow staff to take old equipment (once wiped and removed from corporate systems) for testing/personal purposes

Donate the old equipment (once wiped and removed from corporate systems) to charities/local groups in need of tech equipment

Sell old equipment to try and recoup investment

Keep it all in a storage location and let things pile up
