We are using a very strong provider for Pen Testing - top right quadrant for sure. However, as we continue to expand and have more requests for pen testing, the current solution is becoming quite expensive. We are investigating Pen Testing as a Service or other more automated/AI enhanced testing. We are running into a problem getting skilled resources to manage our BMC Control-M platform.  Any suggestions for a high-quality managed service provider that could take on this work for me?

We need help automating and streamlining our tax withholding process for payments made to foreign suppliers who provide services to our US-based entities.  Our Accounts Payable team is responsible for assessing the appropriate withholding tax in these situations. Our goal is to reduce manual work and errors. We're looking for partners who can provide automation solutions or manage this process for us. Any recommendations or expertise in this area would be appreciated.
