Has anyone created a Prompt library for Internal Audit team? I've logged a request to create a dedicated prompt library by audit delivery phase  and or other logical classification. Would appreciate insight from others who have one in place  - formati etc.

Hi there! That was actually our first step toward industrializing prompts we believed could bring real value to audit teams. We’ve developed a set of prompts aligned with the different phases of the audit lifecycle, now available on SharePoint as a structured list. This not only helps us build a consistent taxonomy but also ensures easy access and usability. Each prompt is maintained by the Professional Practices team and provided in Word format. The library is browsable by audit phase and purpose, with clear descriptions to guide selection. Once you pick a prompt, the Word file includes a section at the bottom where auditors can input the required variables or parameters—making it as simple as copy, paste, and go.

We have just started using a centralized location to share our prompts as well as other AI related lessons learned.  It's still fairly informal - just a dedicated Teams channel and associated fileshare.  I anticipate that, over time, we will add structure such as defined attributes that team members can use for searches and the like.  We're also in the early days of a GRC replacement project and are keen to understand what capabilities may be available to move our prompt data into that tool so it will be easier for the team to access during the delivery of audits.

Good morning, i am not sure what you mean about a prompt library. if you can elaborate a little more I can see if it matches some of the tools we have?
