Is anyone currently using the vendor Quantum for Talent Management? Would love to hear any feedback on how well it has been received from employees and managers.

I conducted a review few years back, Quantum is a popular talent management software with an excellent user satisfaction rating at the time I conducted a review.

The platform offers performance management tools, including features for recognition, 1-on-1s, feedback, and goals

It also provides a feedback feature that allows users to receive meaningful structured feedback, which can be viewed by admins, managers, and any upline managers in addition to the feedback recipient

Additionally, Quantum Workplace offers solutions for employee success, such as engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys, pulse surveys, analytics and reporting, benchmarks, and action planning

We have not implemented Quantum however,the integration of quantum computing in talent management is an emerging concept. Quantum technologies hold the potential to revolutionize data processing, analytics, and simulations, offering new possibilities for HR tasks. However, practical implementations and feedback in this specific context may not be widely available or well-documented. It's advisable to explore recent sources or industry-specific reports for the latest insights on the reception of quantum technologies in talent management.
