I'm working with MetricStream on a large pack of regular user licenses to access their M7 platform for vendor risk management. I wasn't fond of the written in 6% increases year over year in the offer, and when asked if that could be lower with a longer commitment, they only responded with a 3% counteroffer. Should I take the counteroffer? Is 6% cap something we should accept instead of locking in for 3 years? Looking for anyone who has worked on a deal with MetricStream in the past year.
