We currently implemented a ServiceNow and Microsoft Team integration. This is for self service for our colleagues. It has access to internal KB's that users can easily follow and the bot makes it easier to search for common issues. As well as a form that they can fill out for when they travel and we have a webhook that performs the necessary actions to grant the access. Looking to see what others are doing and what ideas they have implemented for self service.
Is there anyone using the integration between Five9 CCaaS and ServiceNow willing to share their experiences? We are using this integration today and would like to benchmark it with another organization. We are more than happy to share our experiences, as well.
