We’re exploring software solutions that allow companies to set up an online marketplace where employees can redeem points for rewards. Ideally, the platform should support: -Company-branded merchandise -A wide selection of other gift options (e.g., experiences, tech, apparel) -Easy point allocation and tracking -Customization and integration with internal systems One example we’re looking at is Givenly. Has anyone used them or something similar? Would love to hear what platforms you’ve had success with — especially those that are easy to manage and scale across departments.

We use Incentive Services Inc. (isrewards.com). It meets our requirements and has a wide range of collateral to choose from. It can be used for service awards as well as incentives.

We had a great experience and employee adoption with Kazoo/WorkTango as part of our initial launch of our employee rewards and recognition program several years ago.  And more recently a good experience with Awardco.  We switch to Awardco as we wanted more program and points administration flexibility that better suited our organization structure and internal processes.  Both products have similar offerings where points can be used to purchase internal apparel, 3rd party retailers, gift cards, given to charity.  We didn't evaluate Givenly.
