I fear that we have lost some things in the industry. Innovative spirit, risk taking, digital evangelism, passion for real transformation to help the business. Now, seems like there is more carefulness, fear of AI, acquiescing to the business leaders and letting them lead us to avoid conflict. Do you agree, and if so, can you share examples of leading like we used to when we were younger (80s, 90s, 00s)?
