How early is adoption of Legal AI for ADR purposes?

Should in-house counsel legal departments exert greater pressure on law firms to do away with billable hours in favor of flat or hybrid fee models for legal work?

For my BCM and Crisis Management peers: If your organization is large (30K + employees), do you use a single incident management / notification system that channels potential serious incidents to the relevant stakeholders? And if so, what challenges did you face getting downstream managers to use that system rather than the traditional multiple emails through different workstreams?

Looking at new data governance platforms and wondering if anyone would recommend the following and if so provide the contact info of the relationship manager. Identified: DataGrail; Ketch; TrustArc and Osano. Already working with Onetrust so no need there.
